| Ian Chao, Chief Executive Officer |
|
| Ian Chao has been the Chief Operating Officer at Adema since January 2008. Prior to joining us, Mr. Chao was Vice President of Commercial Operations for Cambridge Display Technology, or CDT, a U.K. company listed on NASDAQ before being acquired by Sumitomo Chemical in September 2007. He was responsible for the global sales and marketing functions and he was also part of the core team involved in CDT’s initial public offering in 2004. Before working at CDT, he was the general manager of the Chemical Mechanical Polishing (CMP) product group at Applied Materials Asia. He received a master’s degree in Materials Science & Engineering from the University of Texas at El Paso and a master’s degree in business administration degree from Purdue University. |

Dr. Kevin Liu, Chief Operations Officer |
Dr. Kevin Liu has been the Vice President of Operations and Engineering at Adema since January 2008. Prior to joining us, Dr. Liu was with Applied Materials for 12 years at various management positions in technology development, engineering, and marketing, and from 2005 to 2008, was a senior manager at Applied Materials managing technology programs for its new business division. He received a master’s degree from Stanford University in management Science and Engineering in 2006 and a Ph.D. degree from Stanford University in Aeronautics and Astronautics with a minor in Material Sciences and Engineering. |

Karen Huang, Chief Financial Officer |
Karen Huang has been the Controller
at Adema since January 2008. Prior to joining us, Ms. Huang served six years as
the controller of the U.S. subsidiary of Brilliance Semiconductor, a Taiwanese
semiconductor design house, located in San Jose, California. She also served as
the controller of ACI Communications in Seattle, Washington. She was the
registered financial principle of a private equity firm for 10 years. Ms. Huang
holds a California certified public accountant license. She received a
bachelor’s degree in Accounting from National Cheng-Chi University and a
master’s degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois at Chicago.

| Jerry Shinn, General Manager of Solar System Business Unit |

Before joining Adema, as a CPABefore joining Adema, as a CPA and environmental
conservationist, Mr. Shinn brought not only sales leadership to his position at
Adema, but also exceptional experience in helping organizations of all sizes
find sustainable energy solutions that make good business sense. He also served
in senior executive positions for several companies in corporate real estate
management, manufacturing, and high technology, including Bricsnet, a market
leader in integrated workplace management space software and WLD, a company that
designed, manufactured and marketed products to electrical contractors and also
served as President of the Board of Directors of the Piscataquog Watershed
Association. He holds a BS in Biology from Oberlin College and an MS in
Accounting from New Hampshire College.
